About Me and the Work that I Do
I am a Healing Arts practitioner and instructor with 24 years of experience. My training includes various forms of Massage Therapy (Graduate Kripalu School of Massage), Foot and Hand Reflexology (ARCB certified), CranioSacral Therapy (through Advanced Level with Upledger), Medical Herbalism and Aromatherapy, The Metaphysical Nature of Abuse, Energetic Integration, Usui Reiki (Master), Positional Therapy (Level I & II), Chair Massage and Ayurvedic Bodywork. I am also a medical intuitive and herbalist, providing individual counseling sessions to support the healing of both body/mind and spirit.
My work is based on the belief that my client's needs in their healing process is the heart of the matter and represents the healing work that they were born to do as part of their journey here on Mother Earth.
I am committed to co-creating the sessions to meet my client's needs. All sessions are client led, guided by Divine Spirit, and mutually designed to fit what you are needing most in the moment. As a result, trust evolves in the co-creation of the healing process.
And trust allows for healing, expansion, and the return to joy as we access our true selves.
