 Professional Bio Reflexology Eileen Donovan, LMT, is a healing arts practitioner with more than 24 years of experience as a massage therapist, healing arts practitioner and 20 years as a reflexologist. She is ARCB-certified, and trains others in reflexology through a three-level program. She studied with Holly Papa, LMT, a former instructor for the Laura Norman School of Reflexology in New York. She teaches in a variety of massage therapy programs, and other institutions of higher education, such as Healing in America, Ojai Holistic Healing Center in Ojai, CA. She inspires others in her reflexology trainings by offering joy, wisdom, knowledge of the body and the healing process, and practical knowledge of this ancient healing art. CranioSacral Eileen Donovan, LMT, is a craniosacral therapist and instructor with over 23 years experience as practitioner and 12 years as an instructor. Her craniosacral training started with K. Douglas Brady of Embodyment Training, a 250 hour intensive training held in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. This training consisted of the theory and practice of myofascial release, body centered therapeutic dialoging, craniosacral balancing, chakra and auric field balancing, and psychological and structural body reading. Inspired to work on a deeper level with her clients, Eileen then trained with Charles Gilliam, an instructor with Upledger, completing through the Advanced Training. Her speciality is the integration of body, mind and spirit to support her clients in their healing process. Combining the Somato Emotional Release process with her energetic understanding of trauma and healing through Craniosacral Therapy, Eileen offers her gift and passion to others in Level I Craniosacral Therapy: Self Correction through Sacred Touch. Western Swedish Massage Eileen Donovan, LMT, has just completed a semester teaching at the East-West School of Integrative Healing Arts in N. Liberty, Iowa. As the lead Swedish instructor for the school, she taught the art of Swedish Massage, theory and practice, as well as Ethics for the Somatic Practitioner. Swedish massage is considered the foundational work for the healing arts practitioner. This work supports the client to relax, destress, heal on many levels, and integrate Body, Mind & Spirit, a basic mission of the school. This healing and integration supports the return of joy into the client's life. While teaching the scientific foundation, Eileen helps the student to learn the intuituve art of healing through Swedish Massage, supporting the client to integrate Body, Mind & Spirit. As an adjunct to massage, she supervised the Swedish Massage Clinics.
